Ek Tara is looking for a senior school leader for its newly setup learning centre in Topsia Kolkata. The key responsibilities of the person will include:
-Monitoring day to day activities of the learning centre for over 1000 children,
- Oversee team of 50 teachers,
- Work on scheduling for teachers and students,
- Work with senior management to ideate and implement policies for better school management,
- Documentation of all policies,
- Work with curriculum team.
The main objective of this role will be to develop a holistic learning environment for children with focus on Social and Emotional Learning, Digital Literacy and co- curricular development and help the program to scale.
Excellent written and verbal communication is a must. The person should be an independent and enterprising individual who is also a team player and has past experience in similar leadership roles.
Job location is Kolkata and willingness to visit homes of students is important. Salary will be commensurate with experience and as per industry standards.
