You will be a leading, proactive and autonomous force towards a more financially sustainable model for Y-East. Your role will be to design and implement strategies for Y-East to become and be considered as a reliable implementation / coordination / project management & monitoring / impact assessment partner for large-scale projects mandated by foundations and other funders. This may also include positioning Y-East as a consultancy entity for identified relevant organisational targets (especially SMEs). You need to show very strong leadership skills and your ability to generate and engage with business partners to build new opportunities for Y-East. Your communications skills should be confident and compelling. You should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
