Community Catalyst Green Village Contract : local contract Location : Panchla, Howrah - 711322 Duration : 13 months (renewable) Responsibilities and Duties: ● Safety and security of Youth - Be the key contact between Youth Leaders and GV leader during community time. - Ensure the Youth safety and hygiene of the GV - Inform the GV leader of any need in term of safety ● Well being & community spirit - Show an exemplary behavior, be a model of responsibility, safety, community spirit and ecological consciousness to inspire the Youth - Ensure the good community spirit with the support of the Youth leaders ● Organization & Management - With Youth leaders, ensure the smooth running and timing of meals, curfew, and other activities ● Inducement of Youth skills - Empower all Youth on the running of the center during their rest time - Support the Youth Leader in the implementation of activities - Be willing to support Youth in their skills development (English speaking, problem solving oriented, teamspirit, non violent communication, initiative taking, proactive mindset) For this mission the Community Catalyst should be caring and responsible. She will keep a positive, encouraging and valorizing look on the Youth, keeping in mind the influence of the image she can reflect.

- Fluent in the Local and English language. - Intermediate knowledge in MS office (word, excel, drive, email…) - Team work : demonstrate ability to work in a multicultural, multi ethnic environment and to maintain effective working relations with people of different national and cultural backgrounds. - Communicating and information sharing: facilitate and encourage open communication and transversal projects. - Self-management, emotional intelligence and organisational Skills: stay composed and positive even in difficult moments, handle tense situations with diplomacy and tact, and take initiative.

- Education: Bachelor linked with the mission would be an asset. Your whole profile will matter. At least 24 years old, only women due to the nature of mission - Work experience in the corporate sector will be appreciated. - Motivated and proactive profile who likes challenges and works in autonomy. - Volunteer spirit. - Will to commit for the inclusion of excluded youth. - Ready to learn and grow
